Return conditions

Items must be returned in perfect and unused condition — free of deterioration, stains, odours or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. All original packaging, labels, and included items must be present.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order in order to qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 working days. During high-volume periods such as Black Friday or holiday campaigns, processing times may vary slightly.

Customs & international returns

SOVAH is not responsible for any customs costs arising from returns. If you are returning from outside Belgium, please ensure that customs costs are prepaid — otherwise the package may be rejected and sent back to the country of origin.
