We ship all orders via Bpost, both domestically and internationally.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. The exact cost will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping is available for orders over €99 in Belgium.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can track your package directly on the Bpost website using your tracking number.

International orders & customs

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Please ensure customs costs are prepaid when returning an international order.
